Fresh Ground Grains and Breads
Two years ago, our family made the transition to fresh ground grains. What a difference in the taste, quality, and nutritional content of fresh ground grains!!
After having researched different grain mills and information on baking with fresh ground grains, we became very impressed with the information and related products available through Marilyn Moll’s website, The Urban Homemaker. In addition to grain mills, bread pans, and recipes, Marilyn offers a whole array of books that are family friendly in many of the homemaking artisan skills of yesteryear. Marilyn’s site is an especially wonderful resource for any mom that would like to pass on the intricacies of the art of homemaking. As a homeschooling family, we especially love the things that are so easily incorporated into our educational approach with our children.
